Kumquat tangerine sorbet recipe details
Ingredients

Instructions
Cook the kumquat in water for 10 minutes, then drain. Heat the water with the sugar and let cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Let cool down.Peel the Tangerines and take out the fruit sections. Puree the kumquat with the tangerines, the lemon and orange juice. When syrup is cooled add fruit puree, mix well.
Put in freezer proof dish and freeze for 2 hours. Take from the freezer and scratch with a fork till soft then refreeze. Repeat after 60 minutes and 120 minutes. Then freeze for 6 hours before serving.
