|4 sprig(s)||watercress, as decoration|
|clotted cream or double cream|
InstructionsPeel and segment the kumquats. Place the peel and fruit into a saucepan with the orange zest, water and sugar and cook gently until boiling. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for a further 15 minutes.
Remove kumquat peel with a slotted spoon and serve immediately, with a dash of cream and a sprig of watercress
