- Ingredients:
- 6 to 8 pork chops
- Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 large can/jar sauerkraut
- 2 cups beef bouillon
- 8 to 10 ounces sour cream
- bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- paprika

A wonderful unique flavor!
Brush 6 to 8 pork chops with Kitchen Bouquet. Place in shallow baking dish. Cover pork chops with sauerkraut. Blend 8 to 10 ounces of sour cream with 2 cups beef bouillon and pour over sauerkraut. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with paprika for color. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serves:4 to 6
