Kohlrabi stew recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | minced meat, beef and pork |
2 | kohlrabi |
½ l | vegtable stock |
oil | |
salt and pepper | |
½ bunch(es) | parsley, finely chopped |
thick sour cream |
Instructions
Heat oil in a saucepan and stir-fry the meat until brown and crumbly. Add the stock and bring to a boil. Peel the kohlrabi, cut them into 1cm sticks, add to the boiling broth, and cook for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Stir in the parsley and ladle the stew into soup plates. Serve garnished with a dollop of sour cream.
