Ingredients

500 g	Chinese cabbage, sliced
350 g	carrots, peeled and sliced
	salt and freshly ground black pepper
500 g	beef mince
75 g	cashew nuts
	chili flakes
150 g	sour cream
200 g	rice
2 tbsp	oil
2 tsp	curry powder

Instructions

Cook the rice in salted water for until done, then drain.

In a large pan heat the oil and stir-fry the mince for 10 minutes. Add the carrots and cook stirring for 5 minutes. Add the cabbage and the nuts and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Stir in the cooked rice, curry powder and some chili flakes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with sour cream.
