Minced meat and chinese cabbage stir fry with rice recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | Chinese cabbage, sliced |
350 g | carrots, peeled and sliced |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
500 g | beef mince |
75 g | cashew nuts |
chili flakes | |
150 g | sour cream |
200 g | rice |
2 tbsp | oil |
2 tsp | curry powder |
Instructions
Cook the rice in salted water for until done, then drain.In a large pan heat the oil and stir-fry the mince for 10 minutes. Add the carrots and cook stirring for 5 minutes. Add the cabbage and the nuts and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Stir in the cooked rice, curry powder and some chili flakes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with sour cream.
