Ingredients
8 head(s) | kohlrabi, peeled, sliced |
2 medium | carrots, peeled, sliced |
500 ml | chicken broth |
2 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
½ tsp | grated lemon rind |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | honey |
¼ tsp | black pepper |
2 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
In a medium saucepan cook kohlrabi and carrots in the chicken broth until crisp or just tender, about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.Preparation time:
