Ingredients
200 g | Korean Kimchi |
120 ml | water |
1 tbsp | gochujang, Korean chili pepper flakes |
100 g | flour |
2 medium | eggs |
300 g | zucchini, peeled, grated |
For frying: | |
some | olive oil |
For the dipping sauce: | |
1 tbsp | rice wine vinegar |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
½ tsp | honey |
½ tsp | sesame oil |
½ tsp | gochugaru, Korean chili pepper flakes, optional |
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the pancakes and mix well.Heat a bit of olive oil in a pan, add the batter and cook until golden brown on both sides.
For the dipping sauce, mix all the ingredients together and stir until blended.
To serve, dunk a piece of pancake into the sauce or drizzle the sauce over the pancakes.
