Khachapuri recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | grated cheese, I usually use Maasdamer |
2 | eggs |
200 g | sour cream |
2 tbsp | flour |
2 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Combine all specified products besides oil in a bowl and mix them with a spoon.Pour the oil in a pan and spread the paste out.
Fry the paste from the both sides on medium heat. Place the lid on your pan while frying the first side of the paste. When you fry the second side the lid is not required.
Put your Khachapuri on a plate and and cut it into aromatic pieces.
