Ingredients
150 g | lean mince beef |
250 g | tomatoes, chopped |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tsp | ginger puree |
1 tbsp | curry paste |
50 g | peas |
1 tbsp | onion powder |
150 ml | water |
Instructions
Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion, garlic and ginger until soft. Add the mince and the curry paste and cook for until well combined and the beef is browned. Add the remaining ingredients and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.Preparation time:
