Kai toon thai steamed egg recipe details
Ingredients
2 | eggs |
150 ml | chicken stock |
2 tbsp | fish sauce |
4 | spring onions |
3 | red chillies |
1 tbsp | coriander leaves |
1 | Thai shallot |
6 | shrimps (optionally) |
Instructions
Chop spring onions, chillies, coriander, and cut the shallot into thin slices.Whisk the egg, then add all other ingredients, and pour into 2 bowls.
Bring water in the bottom of a steamer to boil, then place the 2 bowls in the upper part. Gently steam for about 30 minutes, do not allow the water to boil!
