Kahlua marshmallow pie recipe details
Ingredients
15 | Oreo cookies, crumbled |
2 tbsp | butter, melted |
24 large | marshmallows |
120 ml | milk |
⅛ tsp | salt |
100 ml | Kahlua |
240 ml | whipping cream |
Instructions
Combine cookie crumbs and butter, mix well and press firmly in an even layer over bottom and sides of pan to form a crust. Place in freezer until firm.Melt marshmallows with milk and salt in a bowl over hot water. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in Kahlua.
Beat cream until stiff and fold into marshmallow mixture. Chill for about 30 minutes.
Take pie crust out from freezer and pour marshmallow mixture inside. Freeze until firm.
