John’s Beef or Venison Dip

This hot chili dip is a great way to make use of that ground venison or beef in your freezer. It has a kick from chili powder! Serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredients
Makes: 2 cups- 1 pound ground beef or venison
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can Brooks(R) Hot Chili Beans
- 4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Tabasco(R) sauce to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Brown the ground beef or venison in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any fat, then stir in the chili beans and Cheddar cheese. Season with chili powder, garlic powder, and Tabasco sauce to taste. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
