Not just spaghetti sauce, this is a full on meatball dish, making it our all time favorite spaghetti sauce!

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3/4 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/3 Cup Italian dressing
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 large can V-8 Juice
- 2 small can tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 1/3 cup Italian dressing
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoon drippings from meatballs
- 1/3 cup sugar, or to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 2 hours1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Mix first eight ingredients together and form into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
3. Bake for 30 minutes until no longer pink in center.
4. Mix remaining ingredients together and bring to a rolling boil. Turn heat down and simmer on low heat covered for about 2 hours or until desired thickness.
