Ingredients
Serves: 5- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Caribbean jerk seasoning
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 1/4 lbs. turkey breast tenderloins
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat broiler to High.
2. In a bowl, combine oil, rosemary, jerk seasoning, sugar, and salt. Season the turkey tenderloins with the mixture, then set the turkey on a broiling pan.
3. Broil for 14 to 18 minutes, flipping once midway through cooking time, about 4 inches from the flame, until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 170 degrees F.
4. Serve.
