Ingredients
Makes: 5 cups of marinade- 4 cups pineapple juice
- 2-3 jalapenos, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon finely minced ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Kumar’s Kurry (look it up on this site)
- 1 tablespoon Lea & Perrins(R) Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Kikkoman(R) Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon cider vineger
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins1. Mix all ingredients and stir well.Alternate method
