Jelly roll recipe details
Ingredients
100 g | flour |
100 g | powdered sugar |
100 ml | oil |
1 tsp | baking powder |
4 | eggs, large |
4 tbsp | marmelade of choice |
Instructions
Mix flour, oil, baking powder and eggs in a bowl. You do not need an electronic mixer!Smear the dough onto a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper) and bake for about 10-12 minutes at about 200°C.
Turn it out onto a clean dish cloth which is sprinkled with sugar. Smear the marmelade on top and roll it together.
Let cool. Cover with powdered sugar.
Tip: You can also use chocolate spread or peanut butter and jelly if desired.
