J paul's possum drops recipe details
The best stuffed jalapenos you’ll ever have! I made 300 once; it took 3 hours to make them, and only 30 minutes for everybody to devour them!
Ready in: 1 hour 30 mins
Ingredients
Serves: 20- 20 jalapenos, cut in half (longways) and seeded
- 40 shrimps, tail off
- 40 small strips cheese
- 20 slices bacon, cut in half
- 40 slivers onion
- 40 slivers garlic
- J. Paul’s Barbecue Sauce
- wooden toothpicks, soaked in water
Preparation method
Prep: 1 hour | Cook: 30 mins1. Stuff 1 each, shrimp, cheese, onion and garlic into pepper. Wrap with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
2. Grill or bake over medium heat until bacon is almost crispy. Baste with barbecue sauce and cook a few minutes more until barbecue sauce caramelizes.
