Quick and easy. This is good to make when you’re in a hurry and you can take it with you and eat it on the way to pen cows, go huntin’, fishin’, whatever.

Ingredients
Serves: 1- 2 slices bread
- as needed butter
- jelly (optional)
- 1 egg, cooked over-medium
- 1 sausage patty, cooked
- 2 slices cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place in a hot skillet, butter side down. Spread jelly on the non-butter side. Place 1 slice of cheese, the sausage, egg, and then the cheese. Place the other slice of bread (jelly side down). Flip and cook until the cheese melts and holds it all together.Tip
Also good with sauteed onions & peppers.
