Italian Savoury Herb Muffins recipe

|1 pack(s)||active dry yeast|
|200 ml||lukewarm water|
|For the glaze:|
|50 ml||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||rosemary, chopped|
Mix together the flour and the yeast. Stir in the sugar, salt and the water. Knead until well combined. Add more water if necessary. Cover and allow to rise at a warm place for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 250°C. Mix together the oil, oregano and the rosemary. Season with garlic powder.
Divide the dough into 12 buttered muffin cups. Brush the muffins with the herb oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Turn off the heat. Open the oven door and allow the muffins to stand in the oven for 5 minutes.
