Ingredients
500 g | mince |
30 ml | vegetable oil |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
1 | green pepper, chopped |
250 g | mushrooms, sliced |
30 g | brown sugar |
20 ml | tomato paste |
1 tsp | paprika |
400 g | baked beans |
100 ml | water |
fresh chives, chopped |
Instructions
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the mince for 2 – 3 minutes. Add the onion and cook for another 2 minutes.Add the remaining ingredients, except the beans and chives. Add the water, cover and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the beans, stir and heat through. Season to taste and sprinkle with the chives.
