750 g | apples, peeled, cored and sliced |
2 cup(s) | wine |
1 | lemon, juiced |
125 g | sugar |
1 handful | cherries, pitted and halved |
3 | apricots, stones removed, halved |
some | icing sugar |
Instructions
In a saucepan, cook the apples with sugar, wine and lemon juice over low heat until smooth. Remove the apples. Reheat the liquid again and cook over low heat until thickened.Arrange the apples on a serving plate. Pour over the sauce and dust with icing sugar. Garnish with cherries and apricots.
