Ingredients
250 g | wholemeal flour |
1 tsp | dry yeast |
1 tsp | salt |
150 ml | cold water |
Instructions
Mix flour with salt in a bowl. Put yeast into cold (!!) water and then combine with the flour.Knead dough for a few minutes and form a round shaped loaf, leave it in the bowl, cover it and leave in the fridge for 1-2 days.
Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 225°C for 45-55 minutes.
