Irish trifle recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 4 soft lady finger halves
- 2 Tablespoons sherry
- 2 Tablespoons jam or jelly (Irish, of course)
- 2 Tablespoons (1 small container) pudding (vanilla)
- 2 Tablespoons whipped cream
Mix sherry and jam together. Microwave 30 seconds on High. Line footed desert dish with lady fingers. Add sherry/jam mix; add pudding. Top with real whipped cream; chocolate shavings or a cherry make a nice presentation.
