Irish scones details
- Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 6 cups of flour
- 3 heaped teaspoons of baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of raisins
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 sticks of margarine
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, sugar in a large bowl. Add margarine and mix until dough is like fine bread crumbs. Add raisins. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and milk together. Add to dry mixture. Make 24 balls and place on floured baking pan. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
