Irish cream fudge recipe details
A very yummy and delicious fudge recipe, laced with Baileys Irish Cream(R) liqueur.

Ingredients
Serves: 12- 2 (12 ounce) packages milk chocolate chips
- 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 (7 ounce) jars marshmallow cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2/3 cups Baileys Irish Cream(R)
- 2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
- In a saucepan, combine:
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup butter, plus more for greasing pan
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Extra time: 1 hour, chilling1. Line a 10×15-inch baking pan with foil and coat thinly with butter.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla extract, Baileys, and chopped nuts.
3. In a saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and 1 cup butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook slowly, stirring constantly for 11 minutes.
4. Pour hot milk mixture over the chocolate chip mixture. Stir slowly by hand to blend.
5. Pour into prepared pan. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
