- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sun-dried cherries
- 1/2 cup sun-dried blueberries
- 1/2 cup sun-dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup banana chips
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup date pieces
- 1/2 cup roasted salted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup cashews, unsalted, coarsely shopped
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
- 1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
- 5 cups QuakerQuick Rolled Oats
- 2 cups grated unsweetened coconut
This is Iris’ own recipe and is a ranch favorite — we usually eat it with either milk or yogurt, but it is also great as a trail mix kind of snack.
Mix all ingredients together.
