Indonesian corn fritters recipe details
Ingredients
1 large can(s) | sweet corn (400 g) |
6 tbsp | flour |
1 | onion |
3 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
sugar | |
1 tsp | vegetable bouillon |
1 | egg |
oil for frying |
Instructions
Puree onion, garlic and sweet corn in a blender. Now add egg, season with salt, pepper, sugar and bouillon powder and mix well. Then add the flour and mix to a paste.Fry table spoon size of the paste in hot oil, until golden and crispy.
These corn fritters can be eaten hot or cold.
