Indiana raspberries with rose cream recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 pint Indiana Red and/or black raspberries
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon confectioner’s sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon rosewater
- unsprayed rose petals for decoration
Toss berries together very gently in a bowl. Whip together the creme fraiche, sugar and rosewater. Spoon rose cream over berries and decorate with rose petals
