This is very delicious chicken recipe. It’s very easy to cook and tastes fantastic.

Ingredients
Serves: 3- 6 chicken pieces, with skin
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder (optional)
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 45 mins1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Wash the chicken pieces and dry them with a napkin. Make sure they are not wet. Give them cuts.
3. Mix all the remaining ingredients and make a paste. Add the chicken pieces into paste. Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish covered with remaining paste.
4. Bake in the preheated oven until juices no longer run pink, about 45 minutes.
