Impossible broccoli and cauliflower pie recipe details
Ingredients1. Bisquick (3/4c)
2. broccoli and cauliflower mix (1lb)
3. eggs (3)
4. milk (1 1/2c)
5. shredded cheddar cheese (1c)
6. mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained (1can about 4oz)
7. chopped onions (1/2c)
8. bacon slices (9)
9. salt (1tsp)
10. pepper (1/4tsp).
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Take a pie plate of 10*1 ½ inches and grease it lightly.
2. Take a saucepan, fry the bacon in it and drain it and then keep it to cool. When the bacon gets cool then crumble it. Then cook the cauliflower and broccoli in pan until they get soft and then drain them.
3. Take a blender, beat the remaining ingredients in it until the mixture becomes smooth. Then pour this mixture over the bacon and vegetables into the pie plate.
4. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it at 375 degrees f for about 30 to 35 minutes. Now take out the pie from oven and keep it to cool for about 5 minutes and then serve it.
