Iced raspberry tea recipe details
A mix of raspberry sorbet and white tea, ice cubed, and blended together into a cool drink, certain to please all who drink it.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 white tea bags or white iced tea
- 1 1/2 teapots worth of water
- 4 scoops raspberry sorbet
Preparation method
Prep: 2 hours | Cook: 10 mins1. Brew tea and then freeze in ice cube tray and put extra tea in the fridge, freeze cubes until mostly solid. Then in a blender blend tea cubes and sorbet on icebreaker mode until all ice is crushed and drink is well mixed. Pour mixture into glasses and pour some of the extra tea on top of the mixture, mix briskly with spoon for 10 seconds, and serve.
