1 package of corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch strips
Two 12-ounce jars salsa
1 zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup onion
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
9 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 Tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
sour cream
chopped cilantro
Instructions:
