Crustless vegetable quiche recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 8 ounces sour cream or yogurt
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon fresh herbs (basil, thyme, parsley, or your favorite)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
