Hot party punch recipe details
Ingredients
| 300 ml | brandy |
| 300 ml | rum |
| 600 ml | boiling water |
| lemon zest, grated | |
| 8 | lemon juice, freshly squeezed |
| 50 g | sugar |
| 1 pinch(es) | cinnamon, ground |
| 1 pinch(es) | nutmeg, ground |
| 1 pinch(es) | cloves, ground |
Instructions
Combine grated lemon zest and sugar in a saucepan. Add the spices, brandy, rum and boiling water. Heat gently, but do not bring to the boil.Strain lemon juice into punch bowl and add hot liquid. Stir.
Serve immediately
