Ingredients
2 | onions, chopped |
2 | apples, peeled,cored and diced |
1 l | beef stock |
1 tbsp | sugar |
1 tbsp | curry powder |
1 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | corn starch |
chili powder | |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the butter and sauté the onions and the apples over medium heat until soft. Pour in the beef stock and bring to a boil. Season to taste with sugar, salt, pepper, chili and curry powder. Add the corn starch and bring to a short boil again, then serve.Preparation time:
