Hot clam dip recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 small cans minced clams
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Dash Tabascopepper sauce
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- Paprika

Simmer clams in lemon juice, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Stir in vegetables. Add seasonings and stir in margarine until it is melted. Add bread crumbs and stir. Put in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. May need to skim oil from top before serving. Serve warm with crackers.
