Ingredients
250 ml | freshly made strong espresso coffee |
60 g | high quality dark chocolate, finely chopped |
some | whipped cream |
some | grated dark chocolate for serving |
Instructions
Place espresso in a saucepan over low heat and add chocolate.
Cook, stirring, for about 4 minutes or until the chocolate has completey melted and combined with the coffe.
Serve immediatly topped with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
