|250 ml||freshly made strong espresso coffee|
|60 g||high quality dark chocolate, finely chopped|
|some||grated dark chocolate for serving|
Place espresso in a saucepan over low heat and add chocolate.
Cook, stirring, for about 4 minutes or until the chocolate has completey melted and combined with the coffe.
Serve immediatly topped with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
