Ingredients
1 | chili pepper |
120 ml | dark rum |
60 ml | fresh lime juice |
180 medium | peanut oil |
60 g | cilantro leaves, chopped |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine chili pepper, rum, and lime juice and process in a blender until smooth. Gradually add the oil and blend for another 10 seconds.
