Hot Chili Rum Marinade recipe
Ingredients
1 | chili pepper |
120 ml | dark rum |
60 ml | fresh lime juice |
180 medium | peanut oil |
60 g | cilantro leaves, chopped |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine chili pepper, rum, and lime juice and process in a blender until smooth. Gradually add the oil and blend for another 10 seconds. Add the cilantro and garlic and blend again for further 20 seconds. The marinade keeps fresh for about 1 week in the refrigerator if kelpt in a sealed jar.
