Chili and Cardamom Crumbles recipe

Ingredients

150 g butter, melted
1 tbsp ground cardamom
300 g flour
150 g sugar
1 pinch(es) salt
1 pack(s) vanilla sugar
1  egg yolk
1 small red hot chili pepper, seeded and chopped


Instructions

Mix together the butter and the cardamom. Add the remaining ingredients and knead with your fingertips until crumbled.

Sprinkle a cake with the crumbles and bake for 25 minutes.
