Honey wholemeal bread details
INGREDIENTS:Makes 1 large loaf
1¼ cup water
4 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
1½ cup bread flour
2½ cup wholemeal flour
½ tsp bread improver (optional)
3 tsp instant yeast
Takada Breadmaker
METHOD:
- Measure all ingredients into the bread pan in correct order as suggested by the manufacturer of your breadmaker. Insert bread pan into breadmaker.
- Select setting to Whole Wheat. Select crust setting according to your preference. (I used MEDIUM for this recipe).
- Press Start to begin. When breadmaker signals during secondary knead, add cheddar cheese and raisins.
