|240 ml||peach jam|
|2 tbsp||spicy mustard|
|1 ½ tbsp||balsamic vinegar|
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Use as a glaze over a ham during the last 20 minutes of the roasting time and then serve the rest as a sauce.
