|60 g||brown sugar|
|1 tsp||juice of 1 lemon|
Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugars and lemon juice and bring to a boil. When mixture turns light brown add the peaches and hampagne. Remove from heat; place in blender or food processor and process until smooth; let cool.
