Ingredients
300 g | peaches |
115 g | sugar |
60 g | brown sugar |
60 g | butter |
1 tsp | juice of 1 lemon |
100 ml | Champagne |
Instructions
Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugars and lemon juice and bring to a boil. When mixture turns light brown add the peaches and hampagne. Remove from heat; place in blender or food processor and process until smooth; let cool.Preparation time:
