Honey mustard pork recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | pork fillet, sliced |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 tsp | wholegrain mustard |
2 tsp | honey |
4 tbsp | crème fraîche or cooking cream |
50 g | butter |
Instructions
Mix together the crème fraiche, mustard and honey in a bowl and set aside.Melt butter over low heat in a frying pan and sauté onion until soft and slightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside. Add a bit more butter and add the pork medallions.
After 1 minute, turn the medallions over and cook them for another minute. Take the pan off the heat and add the onions and the crème fraiche/honey/mustard mix. Stir in well, reduce the heat and put the pan back on the heat. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
Serving suggestions:Serve pork with rice or potatoes.
