Honey gingerbread recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | honey |
100 g | sugar |
125 g | hazelnuts, ground |
2 tbsp | raisins |
250 g | flour |
3 medium | eggs |
10 g | gingerbread spice mix |
3 tsp | baking soda |
Instructions
Warm honey, stir in eggs. Mix with rest of ingredients.Pour on a baking tray, ca. 30 cm x 30 cm.
Preheat oven to 170░C and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Let cool and cut in pieces.
