Ingredients

30 g flour
¼ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried tarragon
120 ml balsamic vinegar
6 tbsp butter
3 tbsp honey
5  fresh figs, chopped
5 tsp fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

Mix together flour, onion powder, dried tarragon and salt in small bowl.

Melt 2 tablespoon butter in frying pan, add vinegar and bring to a boil.

Lower heat, and simmer until vinegar is reduced by half and becomes syrupy. Stir in remaining butter, honey and figs. Cook for one minute and stir in basil.
