Honey balsamic fig sauce recipe details
Ingredients
30 g | flour |
¼ tsp | onion powder |
½ tsp | dried tarragon |
120 ml | balsamic vinegar |
6 tbsp | butter |
3 tbsp | honey |
5 | fresh figs, chopped |
5 tsp | fresh basil, chopped |
Instructions
Mix together flour, onion powder, dried tarragon and salt in small bowl.Melt 2 tablespoon butter in frying pan, add vinegar and bring to a boil.
Lower heat, and simmer until vinegar is reduced by half and becomes syrupy. Stir in remaining butter, honey and figs. Cook for one minute and stir in basil.
