Honey and Orange Sauce recipe

|200 ml||white wine|
|100 g||shallots, peeled, chopped|
|2||oranges, peeled and filleted|
|salt and pepper to taste|
In a saucepan sauté the shallots in butter over medium heat until lucent. Deglaze with white wine and stir in the honey. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the orange fillets and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add the cognac and serve.
