Honey and Fig Dessert recipe

|280 g||Cheddar cheese, sliced|
|23||figs, washed, peeled, halved|
|juice of 1/2 orange|
|4||walnuts, chopped, for garnish|
Melt the butter in a large saucepan and add the figs. Cook them on both sides for 2-3 minutes and then flatten slightly with a spoon.
Dilute the honey in the brandy and add to the pan. Then add the orange juice.
Arrange the cheese slices onto individual plates and surround with the cooked figs. Spoon the remaining sauce over the figs. Sprinkle with the walnuts for garnish.
