Ingredients
600 g | canned tomatoes |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 | onion, chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
some | sugar |
1 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
½ tbsp | basil |
½ tbsp | oregano |
½ tsp | paprika powder |
Instructions
In a saucepan, sauté the onion and the garlic in the oil until golden. Add the tomatoes and mash with a fork. Stir in the basil, oregano and paprika powder. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.Preparation time:
