Ingredients

15 | fresh red chili peppers, seeded and chopped |
1 | onion, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
1 tsp | saffron |
1 tsp | mustard seeds |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste | |
white wine vinegar, to taste |
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil. Add chilies, onion and garlic. Sauté until lucent. Stir in the saffron and the mustard seeds and cook stirring for 3-4 minutes. Add a dash of water. Remove from the heat. Season to taste with vinegar, salt and pepper.Preparation time:
