Ingredients

	oil
15	fresh red chili peppers, seeded and chopped
1	onion, chopped
2 clove(s)	garlic, crushed
1 tsp	saffron
1 tsp	mustard seeds
	salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
	white wine vinegar, to taste

Instructions

In a pan heat the oil. Add chilies, onion and garlic. Sauté until lucent. Stir in the saffron and the mustard seeds and cook stirring for 3-4 minutes. Add a dash of water. Remove from the heat. Season to taste with vinegar, salt and pepper.
