Hollandaise sauce recipe details
- Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 stick salted butter, cut into pieces
Serve over Egg Blossoms.
In a small saucepan, mix the yolks with the lemon juice and whisk them together until blended. Add butter and mix in over very low heat. Keep whisking until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
